Invitation To Convocation!

Wake up by my mum this morning because there's a package for me. And I went downstair with my messy hair and blur mind. It's a package sent from UNIMAS saying that I am being invited to attend my own convocation on this coming October! So.. I AM GOING TO GRADUATE SOON! Yohoo! =D

And there are rules and instructions all included in this booklet. After being suffered and enjoyed for three years, it has finally come to an end. Happy or not? Well, a part of me is happy but a part of me is missing the time I spent in campus. =(

Oh ya, and we are the first batch to use the new hall named DeTAR Putra, UNIMAS! Feel so honor and lucky! Will share photos about the hall IF POSSIBLE. XD

Whatever, I have to keep reminding myself to stop eating like an eating monster so that I don't look like a fatty on the stage during my convo! Wish me luck for everything! =D

Johnny English Reborn 2011

Went for movie last night with friends and now only I know the movie is titled Johnny English Reborn. When we talked about it, we mentioned: "Neh, the Mr. Bean that one." then everyone would definitely refer to the same movie. O.O

Plot summary:

Well, Rowan Atkinson is very much tagged with Mr. Bean. When I was watching the movie, I had to keep reminding myself that he's not Mr. Bean but Johnny English. However, it's still a comedy after all which is not far deviated from Mr. Bean.

He might be silly most of the time, trusted friend a lot but got betrayed at last and he is not young anymore which makes him not competitive with the cunning assassins, however, he always has his own way to solve problems. And he completed his mission at last!

This movie is quite nice and funny. If you have time, you should go for it. I enjoy it a lot! There's a lot of funny scenes and actions which will definitely make you laugh out loud! =D

Guardian Promotion 2

From my last post, I had mentioned that I got 7 Guardian vouchers worth a total of RM70!

This lip gel is very necessary for me because I easily get dry lips. When my lips become dry, they start to peel. And that's really an awkward condition especially when you are talking to others. =(

Never look down on such a cheap moisturizing cream! It's cheap but it has been on the market for a really long time. That's the very first skincare product I used and my brothers too! O.O

Erm, I have no idea on what's this because it's bought by my friend. Perhaps it's for her parents! We are young and we do not need this. *Hopefully lar*

I think everyone knows this product right? It's good when you are having a sore throat or some discomfort regarding your throat. Even if you are very healthy, you can still drink it because it is a traditional chinese natural herbal remedy. The best thing is that it tastes so good although it's a little bit too sweet. =P

Ok, I seldom care about my hair. I don't care about my hairstyle and I seldom apply any product on my hair. That's why it goes so frizzy and messy! Hence, I decided to pay more attention on my hair. It doesn't have to be glowing, but at least, not too messy. XD

CONCEALER!! You don't have to use your brain. Just use your knee to think. What's it for? For my very serious dark eye circles for sure! Haih! Since it can't be cured, I think the best solution is to cover it! COVER!

I always visit Watson rather than Guardian. If you ask me why, well, I DON'T KNOW but I just love Watson more. However, I bought my Kinohimitsu products from Guardian last night instead of Watson because Guardian has super size Kinohimitsu products and it's really worth to buy!

妈妈说西马太复杂，要我选择砂大，好，我全部8项填了砂大科目。
朋友说Biotechnology应该不错，所以我在第一选项填了Biotechnology。
朋友说要一起开店，好，我就出资一起开。

该念的都念完了。那么现在，又有谁可以告诉我接下来的路该怎么走？
很多人说，我都自己当老板娘了，还要担心什么？
老板娘，老板娘，这句话听了我都心酸。
你问我为什么？你叫我一声老板娘，我却连自己也养不起，能不心酸吗？
所以我清楚知道，这不是我要的生活。

如果你要我去找工？偏偏在诗巫，就是不多Biotechnologist可以做的工。
很多同学，学长学姐目前在做的，都是跟Biotechnology没有关系的工。
他们说，其他工作的工钱比较高wor。
那么请问，我在大学三年的努力，是不是白费了？

你要我去其它地方找工？偏偏我就是有很多事情放不下。
我不能像hold住姐那样可以把事情hold住。
我深深明白，我是没有任性的权力的。

当年，毅然辞了law firm的工作跑去当salesgirl。
搞得跟家里成员的关系变僵。
后来长大了，我就告诉自己，我真的不可以再任性了。

我不是没有烦恼，我只是不想自己烦恼。
所以我选择逃避，选择遗忘。
任何可以让情绪不安的事情，我都把它压抑住。
时间一久，烦恼也就显得那么微不足道了。

那如果你问我喜欢什么？
我喜欢制作东西。喜欢一件成品的制作人一栏是我的名字。
我喜欢录制一首自己唱的歌，那是我的成品。
我喜欢创作一首自己写的歌，那是我的成品。
我喜欢制作手工例如串珠/十字绣，因为他们也是我的成品。

但是这些好像不能成为我的工作。
所以我的生活，到底应该怎么办？
解剖了那么多，好像问题没有被解决。
算了，我不想想了。我要继续过我无忧无虑的生活。
等待心情再次沉淀，我也许会再来烦恼一次。

Python Catcher O.O

This is how natives from Cameroon catching pythons! O.O The man has to climb into the hole to catch the pythons!

This is to prevent python bite. Although python's bite is not poisonous but it might hurt the man so prevention is needed.

You can't catch python alone. YOU NEED FRIEND(S)!!

Fire is necessary in catching python. First, you need light to see clearly. Second, you need fire to disrupt the python too!

The python is protecting its eggs!

They use the fire to disrupt the python, then another hand is used to catch python's neck and climb slowly out of the hole together with the python!

Again, friend is needed!

Found this on Cari Forum so I share it out here. Maybe we should always feel lucky that we don't have to do such job for living. And we shouldn't become 'emo' just because of some tiny things. We should appreciate the way we are born and the love we are given. We should enjoy our joyful lives to the fullest! Appreciate everyone who shows up in our lives. Because we'll never know who's gonna leave first. This's not an advice to you all, it's a reminder for me myself as well. Cheers! =)

My Mooncake Festival Celebration!

Hi all! How was your Mooncake Festival celebration? Mine was great. =D

Went back home at around 6pm and had a nice dinner with my family.

Dishes prepared by the superwoman: Jennifer Wong a.k.a my sis-in-law!

Since it's called Mooncake Festival, mooncakes are necessary for sure.

When the night had come, everyone was ready for the lantern session!!

Almost 8p.m., I went out with Nana and Mr. Potato.

First destination: Rejang Park!

Well, we were quite shocked because there was really A LOT OF people playing lanterns at Rejang Park. There was even RELA taking control of the traffic. HOW COME I NEVER KNOW THAT MOONCAKE FESTIVAL CAN BE SUCH MERIAH?

My brother even told me that there was UBAH taking photo before I reached. I was too late! O.O

Second destination: Park behind Parkson. =)

There was much lesser people compared to Rejang Park. =(

Third destination: McDonald. No photo was taken.

Fourth destination: Sri Meranti. No photo was taken as well.

Nasi Lemak 2.0

Hi all! It's been long time since I last shared a movie review. Not really a review but more to sharing of my own opinion about the movie. By the way, I am NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. I always try to enjoy movies but not to pick any mistakes or bad stuffs about the movies.

Last night, I watched a local movie named Nasi Lemak 2.0, a film produced by Namewee. With this movie, he successfully turns to be a filmmaker from a musician.

Synopsis:

"Young Chef Huang (Namewee) struggles to get his restaurant business going because he cannot adapt to the 'localized' cooking his patrons are looking for. However, contradict to his unpopular cuisine, he is also well-known as "Hero Huang" in the local neighborhood where he carries out good deed in helping the community until he met Xiao K (Karen Kong) who got him into deep trouble. In order to get his life and the restaurant business back on track, Chef Huang must now seek help from a mysterious hawker stall lady (Adibah Noor), who summons him to embark on the extraordinary journey of his life. During this self-enlightening experience, he will also meet many 'local heroes' each lending their support to help him re-discover his roots and the real hidden message of 'Nasi Lemak" (Primework Studios)

My comment:

It's quite obvious that Namewee is somehow Stephen Chow-influenced. I watched some of Stephen Chow's movies too. The plot, the style and the funny point. All are similar. However, the movie is somehow localized because it consists of various languages including dialects. There's a lot of hidden messages it brings. Those I got include the selfishness of citizen by not helping those in need just to mind their own businesses, slow internet connection comparing to US, sudden electricity and water cuts and etc, including those 'unpostable' messages. One of the bad things is that it focuses too much on the funny part and it makes the movie a little bit meaningless.

Then you really have to spare your time for this local movie!

It's quite nice that it makes my friend who will only go to cinema for movie once a year unless being forced suggest me to watch another movie today. AMAZING NOT?
