Invited by my colleague for this animation although I was somehow reluctant to go for it at first since it is an animation which I don't really interested in especially I'm totally not familiar with Ralph. It's not that I'm not into animation. I love animation. Like Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda which I'll definitely go and support if there are more of them to come in future but Wreck-It Ralph? I was like, who's Ralph? Is he famous? Should I know him?
Then, I saw the below poster.
Then I was like, oh well, it's about Sonic! I know Sonic so maybe I can go for this animation since I know Sonic! But to my surprise, Sonic appears in the animation for around 10 seconds or less than that! And it's from a small screen in the animation through the big screen you're looking at. You'll understand me after you watch it! lol
To make this post looks more like a review so I think synopsis should be included. Below was the plot I grabbed from

Ralph (John C. Reilly) is tired of being overshadowed by Fix-it Felix (Jack McBrayer), the "good guy" star of their game who always gets to save the day. But after decades doing the same thing and seeing all the glory go to Felix, Ralph decides he's tired of playing the role of a bad guy. He takes matters into his own massive hands and sets off on a game-hopping journey across the arcade through every generation of video games to prove he's got what it takes to be a hero. On his quest, he meets the tough-as-nails Sergeant Calhoun (Jane Lynch) from the first-person action game Hero's Duty. But it's the feisty misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman) from the candy-coated cart acing game, Sugar Rush, whose world is threatened when Ralph accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens the entire arcade. Will Ralph realize his dream and save the day before it's too late?
There are a lot of characters from some famous games to be involved in this animation such as Street Fighters, PacMan and etc. And there's the Bad Guy gathering held every week where all the bad guys from the games gather like how we carry out our cell groups in real life. At the end of the gathering, we hold each other's hands and pray but instead of praying they're like affirming saying that "I am bad, and that's good. I will never be good and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be, than me."
Pretty cool affirmation which can be applied in our life! There's no one I'd rather be, than me!!
I can only recognize Ralph, Clyde from PacMan, M.Bison from Street Fighters, Dr. EggMan from Sonic and Bowser from Mario. WHO ARE THE REST!? o.O
Well, it's not to say an excellent animation for the year but definitely worth your money to enjoy yourself in the cinema. It's good for you to bring your whole family to the cinema as well. Although I got quite bored at the beginning then being attracted with the plot when Ralph met Vanellope. Btw I'm quite disappointed with Vanellope with her appearance and sound. lol.
It contains incidents to make you laugh and to make you cry as well. There are several touching points that can easily touch your heart and make you feel the way they feel. (But I din cry lah) lol

In a nutshell, it's a.. erm.. not-bad animation.. so you can go if you have nothing to do and you have spared money with you that time..
If there's a rating system, I'll give it a 3 with 5 as full. No more than that. =P
